Computational Designer, Bryden Wood (UK)
After a year of ending his studies at Polytehcnic University of Madrid Álvaro moved to London to work at Foster+Partners, one of the top architectural practices worldwide. Being a Building Engineer by training and BIM Coordinator during the past 3 years, he has always striven for a logical and thorough approach to any project and challenge.
Currently on a transition period to a Computational Designer role at Bryden Wood, Alvaro is known for having an open and curious mind which cannot help looking to step up the game at every ocassion. Huge advocate of programming, technology and open-source projects, he finds himself comfortable in different environments from web development to visual programming. It is in fact after using Dynamo daily and breaking it a few times that he started to dive deeper into it and other technologies, aiming to help and improve the AEC industry “byte” by “byte”.
